Chris recognises that the parties' business interests are often different from what a court can order.

Businessmen can be bemused and frustrated with the law. Chris's response is to approach business mediations from the parties’ perspectives, pragmatically helping them find solutions between themselves. These can be very different from how a Judge can determine things - and often better than a 'win'.

Chris has mediated a colourful variety commercial disputes, including:

Contract & commercial disputes: Trade/supply contracts, outsourcing, IT.

Shareholder disputes: W&I claims, family fallings-out, unfair prejudice.

Partnership issues: These are often about 'clean break', but not always so.
